The most familar pesticices are herbicides, insecticides & fungicides. When a word containes icides, it means something will die. Pesticides are said to be free radicals & are found in the foods we eat & can be in the water we drink & the air we breathe. We are told its safe to enter a herbicide sprayed area after it dries but are never told that the chemicals abilityto kill (rated in half life)can sometimes last more than a year.
